Provisional Camping Our provisional camping program allows Scouts to attend Camp Roosevelt without their unit, or who wish to return for an additional week of camp. Provisional Scouts join together and form a Troop, under the guidance of a camp-provided Scoutmaster. Scout will make new friends and have the opportunity to participate in an exciting program.
