The BAYSEA DISTRICT ROUNDTABLE serves the Cub Scout Packs, Boy Scout Troops, Venture Crews. and Exploring Posts of  Cape May and Cumberland Counties, as well as the Townships of Pittsgrove in Salem County; the Borough of Newfield and Buena Vista Township in Atlantic County and the Borough of Newfield in Gloucester County

A roundtable is a monthly session where unit leaders, future leaders and parents from Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, Venturing, and Exploring  come together to share information, discuss new ideas and get information about upcoming events and enjoy fellowship. Each roundtable has program specific break-out sessions for each program level. An experienced member of the Commissioner Staff serves as the leader for the meeting. During these sessions specific program ideas are taught to these leaders so they can then employ these techniques to enhance their unit program.

The meetings take place at the Maurice River Township School located in Port Elizabeth. This meeting night is also the date, time and location for the Kon-Kon-Tu Chapter/Te'Kenning Lodge Order of the Arrow monthly meeting.

FELLOWSHIP GATHERING STARTS at 6:30 PM (refreshments may be served)

MEETINGS BEGIN at 7:00
