What is a Ten Commandments Hike?  It’s a unique and exciting way to embrace the concept of religious tolerance, learn local history, participate in community service, and have fun. It allows all participants to visit (hike) different houses of worship, each with a representative of the Faith explaining 1 of the Ten Commandments.  This year we will be visiting churches in the Burlington Township, N.J. area.

It is the perfect opportunity to:

·       Complement your Pack or Troop’s commitment “To Serve God” & “Duty to God”.

·       Learn about each of the Town’s varied faiths.

·       Take part in a community service project by bringing canned goods to donate.

·       Join in fellowship, faith, and exercise with friends from around South Jersey!

Please provide a preliminary list of attendees so we can order the patches along with a name, phone number and e-mail for a contact person in your unit.  An agenda for the day will be available at the time of registration.
