The Cumberland & Salem Counties Distinguished Citizens Award Reception, hosted by the Garden State Council, honors local leaders who exemplify the values of the Scout Oath and Law in their daily lives. Recipients of the Distinguished Citizens Award are recognized for their outstanding service, leadership, and commitment to strengthening our communities. Proceeds from the event directly support Scouting programs that develop character, citizenship, and leadership skills in youth across southern New Jersey.
