Dewberry's Mount Laurel, New Jersey, office hosted local members of the Boy Scouts of America for a survey merit badge day on May 23, 2015. Robert W. Telschow Jr., professional land surveyor and merit badge counselor, and his colleagues supervised the eight scouts who participated and guided them through the exercises required to earn this badge. The scouts learned the basics of land surveying and how it relates to the community.

Garden State Council Selects New Scout Executive
The Garden State Council, Boy Scouts of America is pleased to announce the appointment of a new Scout Executive Kevin J. Bishop who will assume the position as of July 16, 2015.
The Scout Executive is responsible for the daily operations of the Garden State Council and works closely with volunteers, families, donors, area businesses and the local community to grow and support Scouting programs in South Jersey.
This summer units may be attending out-of-council summer camps which offer training courses for adult leaders. However the host council cannot update the training records for Scouters not registered in that council.
