Hansen Scouting Museum Open for Tours

Looking for a place to hold your meetings as the weather changes? Working toward the Scouting Heritage merit badge? While practicing the BSA S.A.F.E. guidelines, the museum offers a chance for unit members to learn about the history of Scouting over the past 110 years. As we prepare for expansion to add another 900 square feet of exhibits, visitors to the Museum can explore more than 140 topics over more than 45 displays that the caretakers update continuously.

Henry Hansen explains some of the artifacts on display at the Scouting Museum that bears his name.

This Scouting Museum has something for everyone to enjoy. It is located in the Riggins Scout Resource Center, 4468 S Main Rd, Millville, NJ. Also available at this location is a Garden State Council’s second Scout Store. Schedule your unit’s visit by calling Henry Hansen directly at 609-364-0996
